•FULL payment is required to confirm a booking. (Bank Transfer/ GCash)

 Mode of Payment available on-site: Cash, GCash, Card, Online Bank Transfer

•Payment is non-refundable/ not transferable.

•Should there be Alert Level changes (level 3) and new travel restrictions; booking amendment will be offered to the guests.
It can only be moved to any dates within the same year excluding holidays.

•Guests should be fully vaccinated and present a vaccination card/certificate upon arrival.

•Kids 4 years old and below are free of charge (bed and breakfast sharing with guardian/accompany).
 
•SMOKING is not permitted in any of our guest rooms and common areas. VIOLATION CHARGE: PHP 5,000.00
Designated Smoking Area is near the Parking Space in front of the Reception.

•Request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. Additional fees may apply.

•Pets (Dog/ Cat) are allowed as long as you will bring the pet’s leash and bed.

•No "outside food/drinks". Corkage fees will be applied.

•No cooking and grilling inside the resort. 

Additional Information:

•No Minibar/Refrigerator in all the rooms.

•Wi-Fi is powered by Starlink and is available inside the resort, free use for in-house guests.

•Mobile Network is available at the reception, and beach area only.
